The Sweepers are Doctor Barber's main assistants at the Barber Shop. Whenever they speak it is always in a sing-song voice. This is a reference to a Barbershop Quartet. Coincidentally, they are voiced by a Disneyland Barbershop Quartet called The Dapper Dans.
They all greatly resemble Doctor Barber. Barber in body shape and clothing. Only their clothes colors have blue and red reversed.
