The Spanish Explorers are two people who only appeared in "Whale Times". They wear Spanish exploration uniforms and live inside a giant squid named Glubbie. The young one looks like Flapjack. They, like Flapjack and K'nuckles, were kidnapped by Harvey and forced to work at Laundry Island. They were reunited with Glubbie at the end.

The adult seems very serious, and the boy seems very energetic.

- It was also noted that the adult explorer has a nose resembling Captain K'nuckles' nose.
