Stormalong Harbor is the main setting of the series, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. It is a large port city that Flapjack and his friends call home.
Like many things throughout the series, Stormalong Harbor's layout remains intentionally inconsistent. The establishing shot, used in several episodes, depicts Stormalong as being a moderately-sized dock with only a few dozen buildings all surrounding a lighthouse, which stands as the tallest visible structure. In "Lead 'Em and Weep" an overhead shot of Stormalong keeps this scale consistent, showing it to only be capable of housing a handful of buildings. This shot also suggests Stormalong Harbor is shaped like a keyhole.
Other episodes, however, show Stormalong to be quite vast. It is often depicted to be around the size of a city, including different districts. Notably, In "The Sweet Life", Upper Stormalong is shown for the first time. The entrance to Upper Stormalong is a very tall and twisting road leading to a neighbourhood of large manors, each with their own sprawling front gardens.
The main characters of the series, Flapjack, K'nuckles and Bubbie all live next to a long, protruding dock which also hosts the Candy Barrel. This dock, as well as the Candy Barrel, are clearly visible in the establishing shot of Stormalong. Once K'nuckles. Flapjack, and Bubbie turn into live action versions of themselves, they are now banished from Stormalong forever, and are now looking for Candied Island in hopes of staying there to get a new home for themselves, sailing into the sunset in search of a new home in Candied Island.
Background[]
It appears to be broken into 2 main sections, Upper Stormalong and Lower Stormalong.
Upper Stormalong is home to the wealthiest citizens, and has vegetation-growing land attached to it. Lower Stormalong consists of docks, shops, and the poor. It is run by the Dock Hag. Lower Stormalong is what makes up a majority of Stormalong as a whole.
The Sewers of Stormalong are intricate and far reaching, despite the fact that the harbor appears to be completely lifted above sea level.
Stormalong Harbor is surrounded by a variety of dangerous areas such as the Sea of Teeth and The Wessst. For this reason, only the toughest sailors and adventurers dare to tread its waters.
Stormalong has a district referred to as The Bad Part of Town. Here, crime is frequent and it is quite dangerous. Apparently, it is the only place to buy shelf polish. Gangs also reside here, the most notable being the Sea Urchins, first seen in their titular episode. In The Bad Part of Town, the residents follow a rule, where they "don't do nothing for nobody". K'nuckles is a well-known and respected figure in the Bad Part of Town for following this rule more than anyone else in Stormalong.

Trivia[]
- Stormalong Harbor was built on a dock, yet it has a working sewer system.
- Most of the citizens of Stormalong never venture outside of the city.
- Everyone that lives in Stormalong appears to speak American English.
- It also appears in Project Exonaut as a battlefield.
- It's unknown just how big the population is -- "100 Percensus" indicates that there's no more than 100-people (which includes Flapjack, K'nuckles, and Bubbie), but yet in most episodes, there seems to be far more than one hundred people living in the city.
- In the establishing shot, as well as many backgrounds throughout the series, it appears a lot of Stormalong was built with recycled ship parts.
