The Shopkeeper is the owner of Mr. Pants: fine gentlemen's attire. He makes his first appearance in the episode Fancy Pants where K'nuckles tries to buy a pair but all of them seem too expensive, He then shows him the bigger pants of which if he can fit them they're free so they went to eat candy coated hotdogs, to get bigger and he fitted into them.
