Fastest Man Alive is the second half of the 13th episode in the second season of The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, following "Come Home, Cap'n!".
Plot[]
The episode starts off with Flapjack and Captain K'nuckles digging through garbage trying to find some candy, but Norm catches them, and they make a run for it, but the constable is too fat to chase them and falls down, then the two laugh and take off running.
Back in the police station, Norm feels sad because he does not manage to arrest Flapjack and K'nuckles, then a pair of buff constables come in and gloat on how they love catching thieves in Stormalong, they ask Norm of how many arrests he made which Norm says he only made two. Much to their misbelief, they laugh at how he couldn't even catch a little boy and an old fat man with wooden legs. Norm thinks of a way to catch thieves faster and creates the first bicycle of Stormalong. The next morning, he shows off his new invention to the policemen but he gets laughed at again.
Norm sees Flapjack and K'nuckles digging through garbage again. He desperately chase them on a bicycle and manages to finally arrest them and throw them in prison. The next day, Flapjack and K'nuckles decide to go to the Dump to build their own bicycle but failed and Norm catches them again. The duo want to dig through the garbage badly but cannot do so with Norm having his bicycle around. So they decide to sneak into the constable's house and steals his bicycle, throwing it into the ocean but it is revealed to be a prototype as Norm shows up on his new bicycle and arrest them again.
Norm then gets carried away and keeps arresting them for no reason, which aggravates K'nuckles, driving him insane that he breaks down and turns into dust. Later, Flapjack takes him to the M.U.S.L. for help from the inventor to see if he can invent something better than bicycles. However, the inventor breaks down in tears and tells them that he cannot top it as the bicycle is the greatest invention ever made. Flapjack comes up with a new invention, the tricycle, but K'nuckles doesn't like it as it is similar to bicycle. After some bad ideas, the inventor gets annoyed and them his inventions that he built which never became popular, but K'nuckles think they will never work, so K'nuckles take the inventor's stick.
The duo faces Norm and uses the stick in an attempt to trip his bicycle, but fails. The duo escape while Flapjack threw their hats, followed by K'nuckles' legs at his bicycle out of panic, finally breaking it. The duo laugh as they eat from the barrel while the defeated constable yell at them to come back. One of the strong cops asks for some more handcuffs as the episode ends.
