Cheeks is a short, seemingly handicapped member of the Sea Urchins, who is revealed to be a great dancer. He has brown hair, and wears a brownish coat, green hat over his head, and a red and pale-greenish striped scarf around his neck. His first appearance was in "Sea Urchins", and he later made a brief appearance in "100 Percensus"

In the episode "Sea Urchins", he competes in a dance contest with Flapjack and seemingly wins, before tripping over, rolling down the deck into a box of bees which sting him before he falls off the harbor into the sea, critically injuring him. Much to the Sea Urchins' horror.
Soon enough, his father comes outside and berates Flapjack and K'nuckles for hurting his son.
