Captain Ridiculous is the sea-fearing captain of the S.S. Disaster.
Many years ago he, his crew, and a young K'nuckles traveled to the unexplored Bottom of the World, while there K'nuckles had unintentionally insulted Ridiculous and his crew so as revenge they cut off most of K'nuckles' backside and banished him off into the sea. After a long period of time he returned to Stormalong Harbor to tell the story of his adventure. Sometime after he returned to the Bottom of the World where he found a frozen, yet still alive, Flapjack and K'nuckles who had successfully found his lost posterior. It seemed to be about three or four days afterward, as being incased in ice can be deadly in short intervals.
